Items that are personally customized or ordered are non-exchangeable. At kisaa ,we prioritize customer satisfaction, especially for customized orders. We maintain communication throughout the customization process to ensure our clients are involved and satisfied.

*Customization Process for Diamond jewelry *

For customized products, we follow a detailed procedure. We share CAD designs with our clients for approval before manufacturing begins. Once the client finalizes the CAD design, the product is manufactured accordingly. We do not alter any other aspects of the product after the design is confirmed..

*Quality Assurance:*

After the product is manufactured, we conduct a video review and take pictures to ensure the client’s specifications are met. Only after this confirmation, we proceed to ship the customized product to our clients.

*Addition of Ready-to-Ship Items:*

If clients wish to include additional ready-to-ship products from our website with their customized order, we are delighted to accommodate their request.

Gold Item Customization Process**

For our gold items, we offer personalized and customized designs. Before manufacturing, clients can request changes to the design, which can be accommodated within two days. However, once the piece is manufactured, alterations are not possible. Additionally, there are no charges for designing a customized product.

*Refunds/Returns or Exchanges:*

We don’t do refunds/returns or exchanges, since pieces are made on order. However, if there’s a sizing or finishing problem, you can always get it redone and we’ll be more than happy to help.

Please note, due to the personalized nature of these items, we cannot offer exchanges for customized products. We value our clients’ involvement in the creation process and aim to deliver exactly what they envision.
